Cancellation Policy
📝 Workshop & Coaching Policy Thank you for choosing Full Circle Coaching. We’re committed to providing a powerful and supportive experience for every participant — and we ask that you review the following policies before your session or workshop. ⏳ Cancellations All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session or workshop. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: A cancellation fee equal to the full session/workshop cost, or Loss of that session if part of a package. We understand that emergencies happen — one courtesy reschedule is available per client per quarter in emergency situations. 💳 Payment Policy All payments must be received prior to attendance. Spots for workshops or sessions are not secured until full payment is made. Receipts and confirmation will be provided after registration is complete. 💻 Zoom Etiquette & Participation For virtual workshops and sessions: A cooperative and respectful environment is expected. Students are urged to keep their cameras on and be present throughout the session. Active participation in discussions and activities is encouraged to receive the full benefits of the experience.
